These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aec365 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.
Welcome to aec365. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aec365 ("aec365", "we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at aec365.bio, including all gaming products, sportsbook markets, promotional offers, and customer support services made available through the Platform.
Please read this Agreement carefully before you register an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the aec365 platform. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. aec365 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
1.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aec365 immediately at [email protected].
- Registration is free. aec365 does not charge any fee to open or maintain a player account.
- aec365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
- Employees, contractors, and family members of aec365 personnel are not eligible to hold player accounts.
- Automated or bot-assisted account registrations are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
aec365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aec365 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available for verified accounts — contact support for details.
2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players are advised to check their account dashboard for current applicable limits. aec365 may revise these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
2.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours, subject to identity verification checks. aec365 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of a verification review. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as the aec365 account.
2.4 Prohibited Transactions
Deposits made using a payment account that does not belong to you are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party payment account may be confiscated and the depositing account closed. aec365 does not accept deposits from anonymous or unverified payment sources.
3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Welcome Offers
3.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by aec365 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are awarded at aec365's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except where already credited to a player's account.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, bonus amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates will be clearly communicated for each individual offer. 3.3 Bonus Abuse
aec365 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across different accounts, or exploiting technical errors to generate unfair advantage. If bonus abuse is detected, aec365 reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings and to close the account with immediate effect.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only.
- Seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL specials) are subject to their own individual terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the relevant wagering criteria.
- aec365 reserves the right to exclude specific games or markets from contributing to wagering requirements.
- Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be shared or resold.
4. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
4.1 Game Integrity

4.3 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aec365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Collusion: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Cheating software: using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
- Money laundering: using aec365 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of any criminal activity.
- Chargebacks: initiating unauthorized payment reversals after funds have been used for gaming.
- Exploitation of errors: deliberately exploiting platform errors, technical faults, or miscalculated odds.
5. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 Platform Availability
aec365 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, and we are not liable for any loss arising from temporary downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.
7.2 Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aec365's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the calendar month during which the relevant event occurred. aec365 is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
7.3 Third-Party Content
aec365 hosts games and content provided by third-party studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. While aec365 carefully selects its partners, we are not liable for any errors, interruptions, or technical failures originating within those third-party systems. 8. Amendments, Suspension, and Termination
8.1 Amendments to These Terms
aec365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with a revision, your remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.
8.2 Account Suspension and Termination
aec365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Genuine real-money balances (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their aec365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method after all pending bets are settled. Account closures for self-exclusion purposes take immediate effect and marketing communications will cease within 24 hours of the request.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from the use of the aec365 platform, players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. aec365 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be escalated via the dispute resolution process communicated by our support team at that time.
9.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
9.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and aec365 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
